Integrated Tools and Notion AI for Student Productivity

This session is the fourth and final class in a series of four sessions designed to help UTEC students use Notion as a practical academic productivity system. The class will focus on how students can extend their Notion workspace by integrating it with other digital tools commonly used in university life. Participants will learn how to organize and access files from Google Drive, embed collaborative resources from tools such as Figma and Miro, and explore additional integrations that can support academic work and teamwork. The session will also introduce practical uses of Notion AI for student productivity, including summarizing notes and long texts, generating task lists, and supporting academic planning. These features will be presented with an emphasis on helping students adapt Notion to their own organization style and study needs. As the final session of the course series, the class will also include time for questions, personalized guidance, and exploration of additional integrations. Students will receive ready-to-use templates and recommendations for communities and resources where they can continue learning and improving their Notion workflows after the course ends.
